Pricing Overview

The following table provides an overview of 3Kast pricing as of January 1, 2010.

3Kast is a software application. All 3Kast software instances are managed via a web based management platform and are limited by a node locked license which can be transferred upon request.

reKast sells 3Kast based upon the number of output streams that need to be produced. For example, if you need to produce 3 output streams in different formats you need to purchase 3Kast with a 3 feed license. We do not limit the number of MPEG2TS input feeds that can be used. Not all output streams need to be produced using the same 3Kast application running on a dedicated server. For example if you need to product 16 mobile streams you can probably achieve this running one 3Kast application on a single server. However, if you need to produce 16 streams of different formats and your budget for hardware is limited, you could potentially run 16 3Kast applications with a one feed node locked license on 16 different servers. In both cases, the price would be the same.
